NOVELTY - The quantitative packaging process based on particle graphene comprises (a) feeding the packaging bag needed and needed to package of the graphene, and before pressing, the packing bag extending from the winding roller to the feed opening, and by pressing the back side of the packaged bag to form a straight cylinder packaging bag, (b) pouring the material into the feeding box and using the packaging device for sealing and cutting the package with the product, (c) transporting the product through sealing and cutting is transported to the detecting device through the transport case, for the product to leak; and (d) connecting the bottom end of the first hot pressing roller with a toggle plate (96-7). USE - Quantitative packaging process based on particle graphene used for studying relative quantum mechanics of coagulation state material, used in graphene field of particle packaging. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing uniform force of automated sides of a heat pressing package, and realizing stability of hot pressing when the motor realizes reverse stopping, so that hot pressing time is longer and subsequent cutting providing time, thus improving quality of a product package. The method allows a cutting unit to reduce phenomenon of cutting and generating wrapping paper, so as to improve efficiency of processing process.
