NOVELTY - Polyaniline capacitor material comprises 260-300 pts. wt. aniline, 4-7 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate, 1-2 pts. wt. saturated stearamide, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. glycidol, 20-30 pts. wt. pyridine, 0.6-0.8 pts. wt. ferric trichloride, 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent kh550, 30-40 pts. wt. ethyl orthosilicate and 0.7-2 pts. wt. triethylamine. USE - Used as polyaniline capacitor material. ADVANTAGE - The method: uses triethylamine as catalyst, which is dispersed into aqueous solution of aniline amide, thus promoting the epoxy ring opening to improve compatibility of dispersed graphene and aniline monomer and carries out polymerization to improve the compatibility between polyaniline and graphene, thus increasing the capacitive properties and conductive stability of the finished material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing polyaniline capacitor material comprising (a) taking ferric chloride, adding deionized water (30-40 times), and stirring uniformly, (b) mixing pyridine and ethyl orthosilicate, adding deionized water (10-17 times), feeding to a reaction vessel, introducing nitrogen gas, adding ferric chloride, adjusting the temperature of the reaction vessel to 5-10 degrees C, stirring to react for 4-6 hours and discharging to obtain a polymer sol, (c) taking the silane coupling agent kh550, adding absolute ethanol (10-13 times), stirring uniformly, adding the above polymer sol, heating to 50-60 degrees C, maintaining stirring state for 1-2 hours to obtain an amino polymer sol, (d) mixing graphene oxide and glycidol, adding absolute ethanol (4-7 times), ultrasonically processing for 30-40 minutes to obtain graphene dispersion, (e) taking aniline, saturated octadecyl amide mixture, adding deionized water (10-13 times) and stirring uniformly to obtain aqueous amide solution, (f) mixing amino polymer sol and graphene dispersion, stirring uniformly, adding to the aqueous amide solution, placing in a constant temperature water bath at 150-160 degrees C, adding triethylamine, stirring for 1-3 hours and cooling to obtain graphene modified monomer solution, (g) taking ammonium sulfate, adding deionized water (20-30 times), and stirring uniformly and (h) taking the above graphene modified monomer solution, feeding into a reaction vessel, introducing nitrogen gas, adjusting the temperature to 60-75 degrees C, adding aqueous ammonium persulfate solution, stirring for 3-5 hours, cooling, suction filtering, washing the filter cake with water, conveying into an oven, drying under vacuum at 55-60 degrees C for 3-5 hours.
