▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a ring member graphene oxide suspension. The graphene oxide suspension is charged with an opposite electric charge. A graphene transparent thin layer is formed on a substrate through an electrostatic interaction self-assembly. An annealing process is performed to the graphene transparent thin layer by gas atmosphere, where the gas atmosphere is selected from hydrogen, methane, ethylene and acetylene. Thickness of the graphene transparent thin layer is 5 nanometers to 3 micrometers. USE - Method for manufacturing a graphene transparent thin layer of an OLED (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing simple manufacturing process, and ensuring easy manufacturing of a graphene sheet multi-layered thin film. The method enables ensuring that the graphene sheet multi-layered thin film is light in weight, and easily controlling the thickness of the graphene sheet multi-layered thin film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an organic LED (OLED).
