NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene oxide/triiron tetroxide composite material, involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide solution to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, heating of graphene oxide dispersion and ultrasonically dispersing, adding bivalent iron source to obtain precursor mixed solution, reheating of precursor mixed solution and processing to obtain semi-finished product, adding alkali solution to semi-finished product, and ultrasonically treating at constant temperature. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide/triiron tetroxide composite material used for wave absorbing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables large-scale industrial production of high safety and environmentally-friendly graphene oxide/triiron tetroxide composite material without using reducing agent catalyst and without introducing impurities under mild condition by simple process, and effectively reduces the emissions of waste.
