NOVELTY - White copper graphene oxide-modified single-component silk dispersion ink comprises 60-70 wt.% polyester resin, 5-15 wt.% amino resin, 5-10 wt.% graphene oxide, 1-3 wt.% anti-settling agent, 5-15 wt.% solvent, 1-3 wt.% adhesive agent, 1-2 wt.% leveling agent and 1-2 wt.% defoamer. USE - White copper graphene oxide-modified single-component silk dispersion ink used for white copper heat sink (claimed) useful for mobile phone and shielding cover of electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The white copper graphene oxide-modified single-component silk dispersion ink is simple and convenient to use, has high heat dissipation coefficient, which exceeds the graphite radiating fin, abrasion resistance, good flexibility, shock resistance, bending that reaches 0T, and high mass production efficiency, and withstands 500 V breakdown for more than 60 seconds. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of white copper graphene oxide-modified single-component silk dispersion ink comprising stirring polyester resin at 800-1000 revolutions/minute (rpm), adding graphene oxide and anti-settling agent, increasing the stirring speed to 1600-1800 rpm, stirring for 70-90 minutes until dispersed uniformly, cooling to room temperature, grinding to fineness of not greater than 10 mu m by three-roller grinding machine, obtaining semi-finished product, adding methylated amino resin, phosphate adhesive agent, leveling agent, and defoamer, uniformly mixing by stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 5-15 minutes, adding solvent, controlling the stirring speed at 800-1000 rpm for 5-15 minutes, adjusting viscosity at 6000-8000 mPa.s/25 degrees C, stirring uniformly, filtering by 200-mesh filter screen and packaging to obtain the product.
