▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing phosphorus/porous carbon/graphene composite material involves: (1) adding nano phosphorus to a solvent at 5-30 degrees C and then carrying out ultrasonic pretreatment or shear pretreatment to obtain nano phosphorus dispersion, where the solvent is water, an ionic liquid or an organic solvent; (2) adding a saccharide or graphene oxide to the nano phosphorus dispersion obtained in step (1) and performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment for 0.5-3 hours to obtain a mixed dispersion; (3) subjecting the mixed dispersion obtained in step (2) to low-temperature freeze-drying to obtain a phosphorus/sugar/graphene oxide solid foam; and (4) subjecting the phosphorus/sugar/graphene oxide solid foam obtained in step (3) to a high-temperature carbonization treatment at 600-1000 degrees C for 1-8 hours under an inert gas atmosphere. USE - The method is useful for preparing phosphorus/porous carbon/graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares phosphorus/porous carbon/graphene composite material with high conductivity, excellent distribution uniformity of phosphorus and carbon and sandwich porous structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the phosphorus/porous carbon/graphene composite material prepared by the above method.
