NOVELTY - An antistatic polyethylene corrugated pipe comprises 200 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 15-20 pts. wt. low-density polyethylene, 15-20 pts. wt. graphene, 15-20 pts. wt. polymethacrylic acid, 80-100 pts. wt. carbitol acetate, 8-10 pts. wt. silver powder, 5-6 pts. wt. vinyl acetate, 3-4 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 4-5 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 8-10 pts. wt. vinyl triacetoxysilane, ( gamma )-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, N,N'-diphenyl-p-phenylenediamine, tert-butyl peroxypivalate, PVC, cobalt stearate, N-methyl pyrrolidone, and alkylphenol ethoxylate. USE - Antistatic polyethylene corrugated pipe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The antistatic polyethylene corrugated pipe has strong pressure resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, antistatic property, flame retardance and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An antistatic polyethylene corrugated pipe comprises 200 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 15-20 pts. wt. low-density polyethylene, 15-20 pts. wt. graphene, 15-20 pts. wt. polymethacrylic acid, 80-100 pts. wt. carbitol acetate, 8-10 pts. wt. silver powder, 5-6 pts. wt. vinyl acetate, 3-4 pts. wt. sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 4-5 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 8-10 pts. wt. vinyl triacetoxysilane, 10-12 pts. wt. ( gamma )-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 3-4 pts. wt. N,N'-diphenyl-p-phenylenediamine, 3-4 pts. wt. tert-butyl peroxypivalate, 8-10 pts. wt. PVC, 1-2 pts. wt. cobalt stearate, 3-4 pts. wt. N-methyl pyrrolidone, and 2-3 pts. wt. alkylphenol ethoxylate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of antistatic polyethylene corrugated pipe, which involves (1) adding polymethacrylic acid to carbitol acetate, stirring in a stirrer for 2-3 hours, adding flaky silver powder and graphene powder with particle size of 2 mu m to the solution, ultrasonically processing for 30-40 minutes, adding vinyl acetate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and triethanolamine, continuously stirring for 5-8 hours to obtain conductive graphene sol, (2) adding low density polyethylene, vinyl triacetoxysilane, ( gamma )-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, and N,N'-diphenyl-p-phenylenediamine to a high speed mixer, mixing, adding tert-butyl peroxypivalate and cobalt stearate, uniformly mixing, mixing in a single-screw extruder, plasticizing, melt-extruding, removing water and volatile substances by a vacuum negative-pressure remover, cooling and granulating, drying by a drier, and storing the dried material in a vacuum bag, (3) adding high-density polyethylene, PVC, conductive graphite sol, N-methyl pyrrolidone, and alkylphenol ethoxylate into the high speed mixer, stirring for 30-40 minutes, adding the mixed material into the extruder, where the section temperature of the screw extruder is 150-220 degrees C, granulating the extruded material, drying and cooling to obtain master batch, mixing the master batch with the product obtained in step (2), adding into the extruder, where the length-diameter ratio of the extruder is 30, and the temperature of each section in the screw extruder is 40-200 degrees C, completely mixing and extruding the mixed material through high temperature heating and screw rotation, plasticizing the extruded material to be melted under the action of heating, pressurizing, extruding the tube blank to machine head mold and sizing of different specifications, cooling and shaping through corresponding corrugated module and expansion module, automatically cutting a pipe material by a cutting device, allowing to enter into automatic expansion machine, and expanding the pipe head.
