NOVELTY - Aluminum nitride/graphene composite thermally conductive silicone grease comprises 10-30 pts. mass dimethyl silicone oil, 70-90 pts. mass modified aluminum nitride/graphene composite thermally conductive filler, 3-8 vol.% (based on the amount of modified aluminum nitride/graphene composite thermally conductive filler) gamma -methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (KH570), 0.1-0.5 pt. mass crosslinking agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. mass glyceryl tristearate and 0.1-0.3 pt. mass calcium stearate. USE - Aluminum nitride/graphene composite thermally conductive silicone grease. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum nitride/graphene composite thermally conductive silicone grease can effectively reduce high power LED node temperature and has simple preparation.
