NOVELTY - Lubricant comprises 70-75 wt.% engine oil, 5-10 wt.% tallow oil, 2-4 wt.% compound emulsifier, 0.05-0.1 wt.% fluorinated graphene, 0.1-0.5 wt.% antioxidant, 0.5-1 wt.% oily agent, 0.01-0.05 wt.% defoaming agent, 0.5-1 wt.% extreme pressure agent, 0.5-1.5 wt.% rust inhibitor and water (balance amount). USE - The lubricant is useful in belt rolling for titanium and titanium alloy plate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lubricant: has low energy consumption and high temperature resistance; improves adhering of roller during processing process and surface quality of plate; and prolongs the service life of the roller.
