NOVELTY - An electromagnetic shielding coating comprises 40-60 pts. wt. polypyrrole, 2-10 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-30 pts. wt. sulfonated graphene-polyaniline composite fibers, 5-15 pts. wt. iron-nickel-cobalt powder as a microwave absorbent, and 2-5 pts. wt. dye. The sulfonated graphene-polyaniline composite fibers are sulfonated graphene-polyaniline composite fiber bundle which is vertically dispersed in polypyrrole to form equally spaced array. The microwave absorbent is uniformly dispersed in an epoxy resin. USE - Electromagnetic shielding coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent electromagnetic shielding performance and heat dissipation property, as iron-nickel-cobalt powder is uniformly dispersed in the epoxy resin.
