NOVELTY - The preparation of broad UV visible absorption graphene composite film material, involves (1) weighing 25.5-31.2 g of phosphoric acid having a mass fraction of 85%, and diluting with water and diluting to 250 mL to prepare a phosphoric acid solution, (2) mixing 2.0 g of graphene, and 4.5-5.5 mL of phosphoric acid solution and placing in an oven, (3) filtering the activated graphene and washing with distilled water, and drying in an oven, (4) mixing the graphene dried in step (3) and grinding to obtain a composite material, and (5) adding 7 mL of N,N-dimethylacetamide to 300 mg of polyvinyl alcohol, heating, and stirring the magnetic stirring with 450-550 rpm to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol solution, (6) cooling and adding composite material, maintaining the heating state, and condensing and refluxing, and (7) draining and placing mixed solution in a room, and naturally drying to form a film at room temperature for 2-3 days. USE - Preparation of broad UV visible absorption graphene composite film material. ADVANTAGE - The UV visible absorption graphene composite film material has strong absorption effect on UV visible light under the wavelength of 260-800 nm. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of broad UV visible absorption graphene composite film material, involves (1) weighing 25.5-31.2 g of phosphoric acid having a mass fraction of 85%, and diluting with water and diluting to 250 mL to prepare a phosphoric acid solution, (2) mixing 2.0 g of graphene, and 4.5-5.5 mL of phosphoric acid solution and placing in an oven at 50-70 degrees C for 1.8-2.2 hours, (3) filtering the activated graphene and washing with distilled water until the pH of the waste liquid is 7, and drying in an oven at 100-120 degrees C for 1.8-2.2 hours to constant weight for use, (4) mixing the graphene dried in step (3) with ferrocene molar ratio of 1:0.5-2 and grinding for 1.8-2.2 hours to obtain a composite material, and (5) adding 7 mL of N,N-dimethylacetamide to 300 mg of polyvinyl alcohol, heating to 110-130 degrees C and condensing and refluxing for 12 hours, and stirring the magnetic stirring with 450-550 rpm to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol solution, (6) cooling the polyvinyl alcohol solution of the step (5) to 96-98 degrees C, and adding 70 mg of the composite material of the step (4), maintaining the heating state, maintaining the temperature of the polyvinyl alcohol solution mixed with the composite material at 96-98 degrees C and condensing and refluxing for 24 hours, and heating the mixture with magnetic stirring at 450-550 rpm to obtain a mixed liquid, and (7) draining and placing mixed solution in a room, and naturally drying to form a film at room temperature for 2-3 days.
