▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The absorber has an absorber main body formed with a dielectric medium optical grating layer (2), a single layer graphene and a Bragg optical grating layer (4). Thickness of the dielectric optical grating layer is about 574-576 nanometer. The Bragg optical grating layer is provided with a low refractive index dielectric medium flat plate and a high refractive index dielectric medium index flat plate. Thickness of the low refractive index dielectric medium flat plate is about 340-350 nanometer. Thickness of the high refractive index dielectric medium flat plate is about 165-175 nanometer. USE - Single layer graphene and Bragg optical grating-based spectrum selective absorber. ADVANTAGE - The absorber has low operating cost, better mass production effect and wide application rage.
