▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing surface-modified graphene quantum dots, comprises (a) preparing mixture by dissolving compound containing hydrophobic group, 4-dimethylaminopyridine and graphene quantum dot in solvent, (b) adding N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, heating and cooling to room temperature, (c) filtering and precipitating to obtain a precipitate, and (d) washing with diethyl ether to remove unreacted material. USE - The quantum dot is useful as surfactant (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is single step reaction carried out at relatively low temperature by coupling and/or exchanging, and produced dot can stable for several months. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for surface-modified graphene quantum dot produced by the above method.
