NOVELTY - The method for preparation of graphene-carbon composite thermal interface material, involves pressing vermicular graphite in loose porous flexible graphite sheet, dispersing graphene powder material in solvent, shearing, ultrasonically processing to obtain uniform dispersion of graphene dispersion solution, uniformly filling graphene dispersion solution in surface of graphite paper pores to obtain composite material, vacuum drying, removing the solvent and carrying out multi-stage rolling to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparation of graphene-carbon composite thermal interface material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-carbon composite thermal interface material with high thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparation of graphene-carbon composite thermal interface material, involves pressing vermicular graphite in loose porous flexible graphite sheet with a thickness of 0.01-1 mm, dispersing graphene powder material in a solvent, shearing at 5000-20000 rpm for 1-15 minutes, ultrasonically processing at 500 W for 30-180 minutes to obtain uniform dispersion of the graphene dispersion solution, uniformly filling graphene dispersion solution in surface of graphite paper pores to obtain composite material, vacuum drying, removing the solvent to obtain graphite sheet-graphene composite film semi-finished product and carrying out multi-stage rolling to obtain final product.
