▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aqueous rechargeable battery using zinc anode and reduced graphene oxide-vanadium pentoxide-silicon dioxide hybrid as cathode material comprises an aqueous rechargeable battery using zinc anode and reduced graphene oxide-vanadium pentoxide-silicon dioxide hybrid as cathode material in which a positive electrode (4) is of silicon dioxide- vanadium pentoxide -reduced graphene oxide; a negative electrode(1) is made of zinc and the aqueous electrolyte mixture (2), where vanadium is reduced during discharging and zinc is oxidized at the respective electrodes which is signified on the different oxidation states of vanadium, preferably 2+, 3+, 4+ and 5+ where vanadium (V5+) undergoes reduction to any of the oxidation states. USE - The battery is useful for safe energy storage system e.g. zinc-carbon electrode system. ADVANTAGE - The battery: reduced graphene oxide-vanadium pentoxide-silicon dioxide cathodes that can deliver high capacity of 890 mAhour/g at 20 mA/g along with excellent rate performance and cycling stability (~97% capacity retention for at least 120 cycles); utilizes cell that fitted into places where batteries are used; fabricates into coin and cylindrical shapes thus facilitating usage in commercial portable power electronic devices without any challenges associated with integration of it; provides charging-discharging capability of fuel cell in efficient and environmentally and cost-effective pouch cell with recharging capability; and is easy to fabricate, integrate, package a durable device which can be modified as per requirement.
