▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Hollow particles comprise an inorganic particle layer comprising ceramic particles and conductive carbon-based particles as spherical hollow particles and having an empty inner space inside, and a polymer coating layer surrounding the inorganic particle layer. USE - Hollow particles are used for heat-dissipation fluid composition (claimed) for secondary battery used for electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The hollow particles have high electroconductivity and are obtained by simple method, and capable of improving heat dissipation performance of the heat-dissipation fluid. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) production of the hollow particles, which involves treating the spherical particles made of a thermoplastic polymer with an acid and mixing the conductive carbon-based particles, introducing ceramic precursor ions by impregnating the mixed particles in a ceramic precursor solution, heat-treating the particles to form an inorganic particle layer, forming empty inner space in the inorganic particle layer, and impregnating the inorganic particle layer with a hydrophilic resin solution to form a polymer coating layer on outside of the inorganic particle layer; and (2) heat-dissipation fluid composition, which comprises an non-conductive oil, a thermally-conductive fluid, and the hollow particles.
