▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene adsorbent comprises 15-22 pts. wt. graphene dispersion, 2-4 pts. wt. manganese dioxide, 1.5-3 pts. wt. copper oxide, 2-6 pts. wt. zirconium oxide, 8-14 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 25-33 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 12-18 pts. wt. attapulgite, 3-7 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, 10-15 pts. wt. glycerol, 11-16 pts. wt. 60-75 %mass strong alkaline solution, and 6-10 pts. wt. water hyacinth. USE - Graphene adsorbent is used for gasoline and naphtha desulfurization. ADVANTAGE - The graphene adsorbent has excellent sulfide adsorption capability, and high specific surface area and pore volume. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene adsorbent, which involves mixing water hyacinth with acidified ethanol, crushing, heat-refluxing, extracting, filtering to collect the filtrate and residue, mixing the residue with acidified ethanol solution, reflux-extracting, filtering and collecting the filtrate, combining the boiled liquid of filtrates, putting the filtrate at low temperature, filtering, decompressing, evaporating and concentrating to obtain water hyacinth extract,, adding manganese dioxide, copper oxide, and zirconium oxide to graphene dispersion, slowly adding strong alkaline solution, stirring for 2-3 hours, ultrasonically dispersing for 0.8-1.5 hours to obtain a composite suspension, mixing ethyl acetate and glycerol to obtain ethanol solution, adding polyvinyl alcohol and 4-6 times deionized water to obtain polyvinyl alcohol solution, soaking montmorillonite and attapulgite in polyvinyl alcohol solution for 45-60 minutes to obtain modified montmorillonite and modified attapulgite, mixing modified montmorillonite, modified attapulgite, composite suspension, and ethanol solution, grinding, sieving using 80-100-mesh sieve, dripping water hyacinth extract while ultrasonically stirring, heating at 90-105 degrees C for 20-26 hours, drying at 60-70 degrees C, and calcining under nitrogen protection at 300-450 degrees C for 6-8 hours.
