NOVELTY - Material comprises 110-350 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 385-550 pts. wt. high strength fiber, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. antioxidant, 50-200 pts. wt. toughening polymer, 50-250 pts. wt. resin material, 100-200 pts. wt. coupling agent, 50-100 pts. wt. flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride, and 50-100 pts. wt. amino silicone oil emulsion. USE - The material is useful for making safety ropes for high-altitude construction (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The safety rope made of this material has strong stretchability and elasticity to protect high-altitude operators, especially construction workers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material comprising (i) uniformly mixing basalt fiber, high-strength fiber, graphene oxide, and antioxidant at room temperature, adding toughening polymer, resin material, and coupling agent, evenly mixing former substance, adding the latter substance until all the substances are uniformly mixed, (ii) mixing the mixture with flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride at room temperature and melting and mixing in an extruder and extruding into strips, water-cooling, and cutting into pellets, (iii) extruding and melting the obtained particles into a molten spinning solution in a screw extruder at a high temperature, adding amino silicone oil emulsion, and spun through a spinning assembly at a pressure of 120-280 bar to form filaments, cooling the filaments are and solidifying by cooling and blowing to form primary fibers, (iv) oiling the nascent fiber, subjecting to multi-stage drawing, and soaking the oiled nascent fiber in demineralized water, and heat-setting, cooling and winding to obtain a molding material.
