NOVELTY - Continuously preparing high-heat-conducting carbon fiber comprises (i) oxidizing the high heat conductivity filler with the oxidizing solution to obtain a modified high heat-conductivity filler, (ii) coarsening the surface of the carbon fiber, (iii) taking the coarsened carbon fiber as a cathode, (iv) using the double metal plate as an anode comprising the modified high-conductive filler, the solution of the metal ion is a deposition solution, continuously electrophoretic deposition the carbon fibers under the condition of constant current, then washing the carbon fiber by water, drying and rolling to obtain the high thermal conductivity carbon fiber. USE - Method for continuous preparation of high heat-conducting carbon fiber used in aerospace, national defense industry, and automobile industry in an electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method has low cost, relatively simple process, and it can realize continuous production of high heat-conducting carbon fiber, and has good universality. The method uses the surface treatment of the functionalized modified and carbon fiber of the invention, where the high heat conducting filler and the metal coating with high heat conducting characteristic can be fully and uniformly deposited on the surface of the fiber, which greatly improves the thermal conductivity fiber. It uses electrophoretic deposition technology to co-deposit on the surfaces of the carbon fiber to generate high heat conduction coating, the cost is low, the process is relatively simple, and the method is capable of realizing continuous production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for high heat-conducting carbon fiber prepared by the above mentioned preparation method .
