NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene anticorrosive paint involves: (S1) adding graphene, a reactive diluent, a coupling agent and a dispersing agent to a stirrer, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion using ultrasonic power of 100-500 W; (S2) adding the obtained dispersing liquid to epoxy resin, a curing agent, zinc powder, a filler and an additive under the condition of mechanical stirring at a speed of 800-1200 rpm, where the dispersing agent is a graphene dispersing agent; and (S3) stirring using a mechanical stirrer and adding zirconium beads to carry out grinding. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of graphene anticorrosive paint. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene anticorrosive paint involves: (S1) adding graphene, a reactive diluent, a coupling agent and a dispersing agent to a stirrer according to the formulation amount, and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion using ultrasonic power of 100-500 W for 10-60 minutes; (S2) adding the obtained dispersing liquid to epoxy resin, a curing agent, zinc powder, a filler and an additive under the condition of mechanical stirring at a speed of 800-1200 rpm, where the dispersing agent is a graphene dispersing agent; (S3) stirring using a mechanical stirrer at a speed of 1800-2200 rpm for 18-22 minutes, and adding zirconium beads to carry out grinding, where the grinding time is 1.5-2.5 hours; and (S4) fully mixing the resin and the curing agent, adjusting the viscosity, using a spray gun to spray the sample with a thickness of 20-90 mu m, and drying at room temperature. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the graphene anticorrosive paint, which comprises 0.2-5% graphene, 10-30% reactive diluent, 0.15-2% dispersant, 5-20% epoxy resin, 1.6-6.6% curing agent, 10-50% zinc powder, 10-40% filler, 0.2-1% additive and 0.15-0.2% coupling agent, where the reactive diluent is a monofunctional epoxy reactive diluent, the dispersant is a high-molecular weight dispersant, the curing agent is a phenolic amine curing agent, the filler is a mica powder or iron-titanium powder, the defoamer is a silicone defoamer, and the coupling agent is a non-amino functional silane coupling agent or propyltrimethoxysilane coupling agent.
