NOVELTY - Composite polyethylene material comprises 25-40 pts. wt. polyethylene heat-conducting master batch and 60-75 pts. wt. polyethylene granules. The polyethylene heat-conducting master batch comprises 20-40 pts. wt. polyethylene powder, 20-40 pts. wt. polyethylene granules, 60-80 pts. wt. flake graphite, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. mineral oil, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. coupling agent and 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - The material is useful in the preparation of pipes (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has smooth surface, good heat conducting performance, good material dispersibility and good long-term hydraulic performance. The method has low production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the material, comprising providing a raw material, premixing the polyethylene powder, the dispersant and the mineral oil to obtain a premix, mixing the premix with the flake graphite, the graphene oxide, the coupling agent and the antioxidant to obtain a mixture, melting and granulating mixture and the polyethylene particles to obtain a polyethylene thermally conductive master batch and blending the polyethylene thermally conductive masterbatch with the polyethylene particles, and extrusion molding; and (2) composite polyethylene pipe prepared by the preparation method of composite polyethylene material.
