▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing degradable graphene composite electrospinning fiber film comprises (i) surface modification of graphene oxide with poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether amine (PEG-NH2) and poly(ethylene imine) (PEI) polymers to obtain functionalized graphene oxide; and then dispersing graphene oxide or functionalized graphene oxide in solvent A by ultrasonic to obtain solution A; (ii) adding the high molecular polymer to the solvent B, and stirring at a specific temperature for 1-12 hours to obtain a transparent solution B; (iii) mixing the obtained solution A and solution B according to a specific volume ratio, stirring for many hours, then ultrasonically processing for 10-30 minutes, allowing to stand for 1-12 hours to obtain the electrostatic spinning solution; and (iv) electrostatically spinning the obtained electrostatic spinning solution to obtain the degradable graphene composite electro-spinning fiber film. USE - The method is useful for preparing degradable graphene composite electrospinning fiber film, which is useful in preparing frozen resuscitated ovarian tissue coating film, medicine slow release film or air filter membrane (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrospinning fiber film has stable structure, no obvious defects on the fiber surface, continuous single fiber can be controlled, has clinical application of the degradable graphene composite nanofiber film in cryopreservation and transplantation of ovarian tissue. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a degradable graphene composite electrospinning fiber film.
