NOVELTY - Method for preparing iron ion graphene oil material, involves (a) adding natural flake graphite powder to the base oil, stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain an oil phase graphite raw material, and continuously adding the expansion release agent during stirring process, and stirring for 5-7 hours, (b) uniformly mixing the expansion release agent between graphite layers of oil phase graphite raw materials to obtain an oil phase mixture, (c) adding non-ionic chelated iron to the oil phase mixture for infiltration reaction, infiltrating the reaction for 1 hour, adding an impingant agent and uniformly stirring to obtain an oil phase reaction product, and (d) leaving still the oil phase reaction product for 1-1.5 hours to obtain the material. USE - Method for preparing iron ion graphene oil material for encapsulating the electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method shortens the preparation period, and improves the filtering performance in the packaged plastic product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a use of the method comprising (a) adding iron ion graphene oil material to the packaging plastic for encapsulating the electronic device.
