NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-carbon nanotube hybrid composite materials comprises: (a) confecting a suspension system; (b) mixing intensively with polymer particles; (c) discharging solvent; and (d) putting into molds. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-carbon nanotube hybrid composite materials (claimed) used in aerospace, transport and communication trade, electronic industry, civil facilities, building, and chemical engineering. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of industrialized mass production, with low cost and environment friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-carbon nanotube hybrid composite materials comprises: (a) confecting a suspension system including Graphene, carbon nanotube, and disperse solvent, dealing with Graphene and carbon nanotube by stirring and sonic oscillation to form transferred entanglement network; (b) mixing intensively with polymer particles by stirring and sonic oscillation to make the surface of polymer particles filled with Graphene-carbon nanotube hybrid composite; (c) discharging solvent to get even blend on the surface of polymer particles filled with Graphene-carbon nanotube hybrid composite; and (d) putting it into molds with hot embossing and cooling to obtain graphene-carbon nanotube hybrid composite materials.
