NOVELTY - A resin composition comprises (in parts weight) binder resin (10-90), graphene (0.01-0.5) and solvent (9-90). The binder resin is acrylic resin, urethane resin, ester resin or olefin polymer. The urethane resin contains soft urethane resin (5-95) and hard urethane resin (5-95). The soft urethane resin is obtained using acryl polyol and polyisocyanate or diisocyanate, dibasic acid and polyhydric alcohol. The hard urethane resin is manufactured using 4,4'-bis( omega -hydroxyalkylene oxy)biphenyl and methyl-2,6-diisocyanate. USE - Resin composition for treating surface of steel sheet (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to plasma display panel, construction material, car material and domestic electronic device material. ADVANTAGE - The resin composition provides favorable conductivity to the surface treated steel sheet by the addition of reduced amount of graphene.
