An identification module identifies the target graphene film and determines an index parameter of the target graphene film. A processing module determines the target unit area quality of the target graphene film according to the index parameter determined by the identification module. A first measuring module measures first friction of a nanometer probe. A second measuring module measures second friction of the nanometer probe for the target graphene film. USE - Surface friction force based efficient graphene film identification system. ADVANTAGE - The qualification of the graphene film is determined by contrast analysis processing method. The graphene film produced by bad material or non-standard material is effectively distinguished.
