NOVELTY - A thermal-insulation mullite sand-containing water-emulsified asphalt contains sucrose polyether, mullite sand, sludge, graphene oxide, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, ceramic, phosphogypsum, slag, flying powder, expanded vermiculite, citric acid, silicon oxide, light calcium silicate fiber, emulsified asphalt, modified attapulgite capsule, water, polystyrene foam particle, sodium bisulfite and melamine. The modified attapulgite capsule contains attapulgite, 2,5-di-tert-butyl hydroquinone, low-molecular weight polyethylene wax, sodium silicate and water. USE - The thermal insulation mullite sand-containing water-emulsified asphalt is useful for mortar. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A thermal-insulation mullite sand-containing water-emulsified asphalt contains 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. sucrose polyether, 4-8 pts. wt. mullite sand, 3-5 pts. wt. sludge, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 3-5 pts. wt. ceramic, 20-30 pts. wt. phosphogypsum, 10-20 pts. wt. slag, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. flying powder, 2-4 pts. wt. expanded vermiculite, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. citric acid, 2-4 pts. wt. silicon oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. light calcium silicate fiber, 40-50 pts. wt. emulsified asphalt, 14-18 pts. wt. modified attapulgite capsule, 100-150 pts. wt. water, 1-2 pts. wt. polystyrene foam particle, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. sodium bisulfite and 2-4 pts. wt. melamine. The modified attapulgite capsule contains 100-200 pts. wt. attapulgite, 1-2 pts. wt. 2,5-di-tert-butyl hydroquinone, 40-50 pts. wt. low-molecular weight polyethylene wax material, 10-15 pts. wt. sodium silicate, 100-200 pts. wt. water, 1-3 pts. wt. Acacia, 1-2 pts. wt. linear alkylbenzene sulfonate, 3-5 pts. wt. metasilicate, 1.5-3.8 pts. wt. benzyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, 3-6 pts. wt. fatty acid glyceride and 1-2 pts. wt. sodium bisulfite. The modified attapulgite capsule is prepared by adding low-molecular weight polyethylene wax material, water, Acacia, linear alkylbenzene sulfonate and sodium silicate into a kettle, stirring the mixture at 35-45 degrees C, adding benzyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty acid glyceride and sodium bisulfite, stirring the mixture at 300-400 rpm, heating the stirred mixture at 170-200 degrees C, evenly stirring at 400-600 rpm to form polyethylene wax emulsion, adding attapulgite and polyethylene wax material, then adding remaining raw materials, stirring the mixture at 40-60 rpm for 5-10 minutes and drying obtained product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of thermal insulation mullite sand-containing water-emulsified asphalt.
