▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing copper rare earth graphene electrical contact material comprises (a) uniformly mixing copper rare earth alloy powder and silicon powder under atmosphere protection to obtain mixed powder, (b) placing the mixed powder in a vacuum chemical vapor deposition chamber, under protective gas and reducing atmosphere, keeping at 800-1050°C, introducing carbon source gas, and carrying out chemical vapor deposition to obtain a mixed powder of copper rare earth graphene and silicon powder, (c) separating the silicon powder in the mixed powder of the copper rare earth graphene and the silicon powder to obtain copper rare earth graphene powder, (d) sintering the copper rare earth graphene powder to obtain a preform, and (e) extruding and drawing the preform, processing into a final product. The rare earth of the copper rare earth alloy powder lanthanum, cerium, scandium, yttrium, samarium and dysprosium. The mixing atmosphere is argon or nitrogen. USE - Preparation method of copper rare earth graphene electrical contact material is used for low-power low-voltage switch, resistance welding motor, cable connector and electric locomotive overhead conductor. ADVANTAGE - The method provides copper rare earth graphene electric contact material with high corrosion resistance, high conductive heat and excellent mechanical performance.
