▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Three-dimensional composite structure of platinum/nickel hydroxide-cobalt hydroxide/graphene, comprises 3D graphene framework and nickel-cobalt hydroxide net shape structure. The nickel-cobalt hydroxide net shape structure is set with platinum metal layer, and nickel hydroxide and cobalt hydroxide nano-sheet layer. USE - The catalyst is useful in catalytic oxidation of methanol, and preparation of proton exchange membrane fuel cell or methanol fuel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional composite structure of platinum/nickel hydroxide-cobalt hydroxide/graphene is utilized in construction of three-dimensional structure carrier with multi-level channels, so as to overcome the problem of graphene agglomeration to a certain extent, and facilitates graphene ultra-high specific surface area and good conductivity can of nickel-cobalt hydroxide, and promotes electron transfer and mass transfer during redox process, and improves the dispersion and stability of the catalyst particles with platinum hydroxide during methanol oxidation improves utilization rate of nickel-cobalt hydroxide to reduce the amount of noble metal platinum. The method is simple, easy operation procedure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) platinum/nickel hydroxide-cobalt hydroxide/graphene three-dimensional composite electrode comprising raw materials of mentioned as above; (2) producing platinum/nickel-cobalt hydroxide/graphene three-dimensional composite catalyst, comprising preparing cobalt hydroxide/graphene composites by electrodeposition of nickel-cobalt hydroxide nanosheets on the surface of three-dimensional graphene and reducing platinum onto the surface of nickel-cobalt hydroxide/graphene composite; and (3) catalyst, prepared as mentioned above.
