▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Environmentally-friendly conductive composite coating containing nano grapheme comprises 10-20 pts. wt. polyacrylate emulsion, 5-15 pts. wt. polystyrene-acrylate emulsion, 1-5 pts. wt. nano graphene, 2-6 pts. wt. zirconium sulfate, 20-40 pts. wt. octane, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. sodium lauryl sulfate, 1-4 pts. wt. rheology modifier, 1-2 pts. wt. non-ionic emulsifier, 1-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1-2 pts. wt. softening agent, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-settling agent and 1-5 pts. wt. pH regulator. USE - Used as environmentally-friendly conductive composite coating containing nano graphene. ADVANTAGE - The coating improves storage stability of conductive coatings; and is formed into film so that resistance of coating can be reduced, and adhesion strength is high. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing coating comprising (i) adding nano-graphene and zirconium sulfate into water and mixing uniformly, where weight ratio of water to nano-graphene is 50:1-5, adding octane and sodium lauryl sulfate under stirring, magnetically stirring for 5-15 minutes, stirring at 15000-30000 revolutions/minute, spray drying at 250-320 degrees C, introducing into vacuum furnace, heating from room temperature to 1000-1200 degrees C at a rate of 1-5 degrees C/minute, heat preserving for 20-40 minute, cooling to 200-300 degrees C, heat preserving for 1-2 hours, and air-cooling to room temperature to obtain pretreated nano-graphene, (ii) adding water, rheology modifier, non-ionic emulsifier, antifoaming agent and softening agent into the agitator, where weight ratio of the amount of water added to the pretreated nano-graphene is 100:1-5, and stirring at a speed of 800-1000 revolutions/minutes for 1-2 hours, adding anti-settling agent, continuing stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding pretreated nano graphene, increasing the speed to 2000-3000 revolutions/minutes, continue stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain a premix, and (iii) grinding the premix to a particle size of 100-500nm through a circulating horizontal grinder, adding a pH adjuster and stirring evenly, adding polyacrylate emulsion and polystyrene-acrylate emulsion, stirring at a rate of 400-500 revolutions/minutes for 10-20 minutes, and filtering through vibrating screen.
