NOVELTY - Preparing fluorescent molecular imprinted polymer, comprises dispersing nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots doped silica nanoparticle-formylphenylboronic acid (N-GQDs-SiO2-FPBA) immobilized with ovalbumin (OVA) short glycopeptide in phosphate buffer solution, add methacrylic acid (MAA) and N,N-methylenebisacrylamide (MBA), ultrasonically dissolving, pre-assembling at 28-32 degrees C for 11-13 hours, adding tetramethylethylenediamine (TEMED) and ammonium persulfate (APS), reacting at 28-32 degrees C for 3-9 hours under the protection of inert gas, and eluting. USE - The fluorescent molecular imprinted polymer is useful in glycoprotein screening and detection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The imprinted polymer has high specific recognition and sensitive and rapid detection and is very meaningful to screen and detect trace amounts of target glycoproteins from biological samples.
