▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A preparation method of composite forward osmosis membrane, involves soaking an electrospun nanofiber supporting layer with a graphene oxide intermediate layer into calcium chloride solution, moistening and washing with water, soaking in sodium carbonate solution, moistening and washing in water, preparing polyamide selective separation layer on a surface of electrospinning film substrate loaded with graphene oxide nano-intermediate layer loaded with calcium carbonate through interfacial polymerization of m-phenylenediamine and trimesoyl chloride, and drying to obtain a final product. USE - Preparation method of composite forward osmosis membrane for use in seawater desalination, drinking water treatment and wastewater recycling applications (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method loads calcium carbonate particles loaded on the electrospinning nanofiber support layer and its surface graphene oxide intermediate thin layer, generates carbon dioxide nanobubbles in situ with the help of hydrogen (H+) ions generated in the interfacial polymerization process, and regulates the structure and properties of the polyamide separation layer to prepare forward osmosis membrane materials with high permeation flux and high rejection rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the composite forward osmosis membrane; and (2) the application of the composite forward osmosis membrane in seawater desalination, drinking water treatment and wastewater recycling applications.
