▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon-coated graphene-nickel sulfide electrode material involves ultrasonically dissolving graphene oxide, glucose, nickel chloride and thiourea in mixed solution of water and ethanol, obtaining mixed solution containing 0.5-1 g/L graphene oxide, 9-10 g/L glucose, 10-30 g/L nickel chloride and 5-20 g/L thiourea, adding 1.5 mol/L aqueous ammonia solution, mixing uniformly, reacting the resultant solution at 180 degrees C for 6-12 hours in a reactor, cooling the resultant reaction mixture, centrifuging, washing with deionized water and ethanol and drying. USE - Preparation of carbon-coated graphene-nickel sulfide electrode material used for supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method provides carbon-coated graphene-nickel sulfide electrode material having excellent electroconductivity and capacitive property, and high specific surface area.
