NOVELTY - Melt-blown cloth bicomponent cotton of high filtration grade comprises a melt-blown cloth bicomponent cotton layer (3) including 45-55 wt.% component A and 45-50 wt.% component B. The component A includes 35-50 wt.% carbon fiber modified polypropylene resin, 15-35 wt.% modified high molecular weight butyl cellulose resin, 5-15 wt.% modified high-toughness radiation-proof rubber, 5-10 wt.% carbon-based nanofiber, 0.3-1.5 wt.% accelerator and 0.2-0.5 wt.% dispersant. The component B includes 40-55 wt.% graphene modified polyurethane resin, 20-35 wt.% modified polymethyl methacrylate, 5-10 wt.% modified high-toughness radiation-proof rubber, 3-5 wt.% carbon-based nanofiber, 0.5-1 wt.% accelerator and 0.3-0.5 wt.% dispersant. USE - Used as a melt-blown cloth bicomponent cotton of high filtration grade. ADVANTAGE - The melt-blown cloth bicomponent cotton: significantly improves the shock absorption, noise reduction and noise reduction effect of the bi-component cotton by applying the melt-blown cloth with good filtering effect to the bi-component cotton; can realize the lightweight of bi-component cotton; has greatly reduced flammability; is beneficial to improve the flame resistance of the bi-component cotton; and avoids thermal expansion of the bi-component cotton.
