NOVELTY - Composite electromagnetic shielding conductive coating comprises 2-6 pts. wt. multi-walled carbon nanotubes, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-3 pts. wt. thixotropic leveling agent, 0.5-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 45-60 pts. wt. resin matrix, 15-20 pts. wt. curing agent and 20-40 pts. wt. organic solvent. USE - As composite electromagnetic shielding conductive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent conductive ability and shielding effect, forms long-chain molecular layer on the surface so as to prevent the formation of agglomeration, and is prepared by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the composite electromagnetic shielding conductive paint, which involves (i) mixing resin matrix with organic solvent, and stirring at 400-600 rpm for 8-12 minutes to obtain a mixed solution (I), (ii) adding multi-walled carbon nanotubes and graphene to the mixed solution (I) obtained in step (i), sequentially adding dispersant, thixotropic leveling agent, coupling agent and organic solvent, fully dissolving, stirring at 1400-1600 rpm for 40-50 minutes to obtain mixed solution (II), and (iii) adding curing agent and antifoaming agent to the mixed solution (II) obtained in step (ii), and stirring the mixture at 1400-1600 rpm for 15-20 minutes to obtain the product; and (2) a method of using the composite electromagnetic shielding conductive coating, which involves leaving still and curing the composite electromagnetic shielding conductive coating for 10-20 minutes, spraying under 0.4-0.6 atmospheric pressure, and curing at room temperature for 24 hours.
