NOVELTY - Preparing anti-electromagnetic radiation fibre involves selecting each raw material according to proportion, where raw material comprises graphene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polycarbonate, compatilizer, coupling agent, emulsified silicon oil, dispersing agent, chitosan, boron carbide, micro-powder silica gel, glass fibre and plasticizer, uniformly mixing polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, graphene, polycarbonate, compatilizer, coupling agent and emulsified silicon oil, extruding and granulating to obtain basic master batch, uniformly mixing the boron carbide and micro-powder silica gel, stirring and dispersing to obtain the mixture, drying the basic master batch obtained, and the mixture obtained, mixing with dispersant, chitosan, glass fibre and plasticizer uniformly, extruding and granulating to obtain the radiation-proof shielding master batch. USE - Method for preparing graphene anti-electromagnetic radiation fibre. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene anti-electromagnetic radiation fibre that has light texture, excellent mechanical property, high shielding protection efficiency and so on.
