NOVELTY - A solid cooling medium-containing connector assembly comprises an electrical connection framework (2), and a connector comprising a connection terminal. The two ends of the electrical connection framework are electrically connected with the connection terminals. The electrical connection framework has a hollow inner cavity. The outer periphery of the electrical connection framework is sleeved with a protective shell with shielding effect. A cavity is formed between the outer periphery of the electrical connection framework and the inner wall of the protective shell. The hollow inner cavity and the cavity are at least partially filled with solid-state or semi-solid cooling medium. USE - Solid cooling medium-containing connector assembly is used in vehicle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The connector assembly with solid cooling medium can reduce the failure caused by the high temperature of the electric connecting framework and the connecting terminal caused by electrifying, the diameter of the connector is reduced, the service life of the connectors is prolonged, the safety of the whole vehicle is improved, at the same time, and the electromagnetic interference generated by the electric connection framework can be effectively shielded. The connector is internally provided with a shielding inner shell, it can effectively prevent the electromagnetic interferences generated by terminal of connector. The protective shell made of conductive plastic can be integrally formed with the connector by means of integral injection molding, it saves the processing time, improves the production efficiency and reduces the production cost.
