NOVELTY - A non-symmetrical three-dimensional micro-capacitor structure comprises anode and cathode are arranged in glass substrate. The anode comprises anode current collector and polypyrrole/graphene oxide composite functional film. The anode current collector comprises glass substrate bonded to upper surface of the anode three-dimensional silicon micro-structure, The cathode comprises cathode current collector and polypyrrole functional film covered with gel electrolyte layer. USE - Non-symmetrical three-dimensional micro-capacitor structure is used for node power supply and drive power supply. ADVANTAGE - The non-symmetrical three-dimensional micro-capacitor structure has high current density, capacity, and reduced volume. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A non-symmetrical three-dimensional micro-capacitor structure comprises anode and cathode are arranged in glass substrate. The anode comprises anode current collector and polypyrrole/graphene oxide composite functional film. The anode current collector comprises glass substrate bonded to the upper surface of the anode three-dimensional silicon micro-structure, and sputtering the anode three-dimensional silicon micro structure. The polypyrrole/graphene oxide composite functional film is deposited on anode surface. The cathode comprises cathode current collector and polypyrrole functional film. The cathode current collector comprises glass substrate bonded to surface of the three-dimensional silicon micro structure sputtering and depositing the cathode layer to the cathode three-dimensional silicon micro structure on the surface of the cathode. The polypyrrole functional film on the surface of glass substrate is covered with gel electrolyte layer covered on the surface benzocyclobutene dielectric film. The anode and cathode are embedded in the gel electrolyte layer. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of non-symmetrical three-dimensional micro-capacitor structure.
