NOVELTY - The headrest has a headrest main body (1) whose upper part is provided with a brain wave music player (2) and a shading eye cover (3). The brain wave music player is provided with a mounting seat (21) and a loudspeaker. The loudspeaker is fixed on an inner side surface of the mounting seat. The shading eye cover is provided with a fixing cover (31) and an eye pad (32). The eye pad is fixed on an upper surface of the fixing cover. The mounting seat is symmetrically fixed on two sides of the headrest main body. The fixing cover is detachably connected between two sides of the mounting seat. USE - Human brain wave sleep-aid headrest for use during treatment for insomnia by combining physical therapy with a daily pillow. ADVANTAGE - The headrest is used by matching the brain wave music player and the shading eye cover, so as to realize the insomnia treating process, thus improving sleeping quality. The headrest main body and the mounting seat are made of memory cotton material. The eye pad is provided with a graphene electro-thermal film, so that the eye pressure is relieved, thus improving comfortability of a user. The headrest effectively improves treating efficiency.
