NOVELTY - Soft polymer positive temperature coefficient (PTC) material comprises 18-25 pts. wt. styrene-isoprene-styrene, 15-24 pts. wt. block copolymer, 24-36 pts. wt. low density polyethylene, 24-36 pts. wt. high density poly ethylene, 2-5 pts. wt.aluminum nitride, 3-6 pts. wt.fumed silica, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. dioctyl tetrahydrophthalate, 1-5 pts. wt. dodecanol, 3-6 pts. wt. barium titanate, 2-4 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 2-6 pts. wt. polyacryl alcohol and 2-6 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - Used as soft polymer positive temperature coefficient material. ADVANTAGE - The material is stable and durable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the PTC material comprising (i) adding low density polyethylene and high density polyethylene, melting and plasticizing, milling at 125-145 degrees C, (ii) adding aluminum nitride, gas phase white carbon black and graphene, mixing for 1-3 minutes, (iii) adding styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, epoxy tetrahydro dioctyl phthalate, dodecanol, barium titanate, polypropylene and auxiliary agent, continuously melting and blending for 10-15 minutes, extruding and granulating to obtain the product.
