NOVELTY - Method for preparing carbon-coated lithium iron phosphate, involves (a) configuring graphene oxide dispersion, (b) uniformly mixing EDTA with ferric nitrate, and leaving still to obtain solution containing complex, (c) uniformly mixing obtained solution containing complex with obtained graphene oxide dispersion, and uniformly stirring to obtain mixed solution, (d) performing ball milling on lithium iron phosphate, and performing spray granulation to obtain micron lithium iron phosphate, (e) adding obtained micron lithium iron phosphate to mixed solution, uniformly stirring and leaving still, and (f) transferring obtained mixture to hydrothermal reaction kettle for performing hydrothermal reaction, taking out the mixture, naturally cooling, filtering and draining to obtain solid powder. USE - The method is used for preparing carbon-coated lithium iron phosphate, which is used in lithium iron phosphate positive electrode sheet, which is used for lithium iron phosphate battery (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the carbon-coated lithium iron phosphate prepared by method; (2) a lithium iron phosphate positive electrode sheet comprising the carbon-coated lithium iron phosphate; and (3) a lithium iron phosphate battery comprising positive electrode sheet, negative electrode sheet, separator and electrolyte, where the positive electrode sheet is lithium iron phosphate positive electrode sheet.
