NOVELTY - The package structure has a graphene layer (410) that is bonded to a cathode layer (300) through a catalyst layer. The graphene layer and one of an organic layer (420) and an inorganic layer (430) are mounted in a stack. The upper surface of the graphene layer is patterned to form a first concavo-convex pattern. The first concavo-convex pattern is bonded to the organic layer. The inorganic layer is patterned to form a second concavo-convex pattern. A catalyst layer (440) is provided with a metal catalyst layer. The cathode layer comprises a magnesium-silver alloy material comprising a simple or alloyed material of copper or gold. USE - Packaging structure used in display device. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst layer is allowed to fully exert the good toughness of graphene, and form an absorption capacity for the deformation internal stress, thus avoiding the occurrence of a turtle crack path or a damaged gap. The catalyst layer is provided to ensure the growth quality of the graphene, and at the same time ensure good shape stability of the catalyst layer and the cathode layer, and ensure the stability of the combined shape of the encapsulation layer and the cathode layer. The encapsulation layer is prevented from deforming to form a potential internal stress after the cathode layer is bent and restored.
