NOVELTY - Epoxy primer for vehicles comprises epoxy electrophoretic paint coating, which includes 45-55% ionized water, epoxy resin and pigment paste with ratio range of 4:1-7:1, 10% sulfamic acid solution and graphene dispersion slurry (ratio of epoxy resin to main resin is 0.05-0.2), where graphene dispersion slurry includes graphene, oligomer polyol, 0.1-0.5% potassium hydride (KH550) coupling agent, 1-5% ethylene glycol butyl ether. USE - Epoxy primer for vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy primer for vehicles has excellent anti-corrosion performance; realizes obvious improvement of corrosion resistance of electrophoretic paint film under normal film thickness, which is characterized by good synergy between emulsion and filler, has good film-forming properties, high emulsion stability, and excellent salt spray resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing epoxy primer for vehicles, which involves: (A) preparing graphene oxide dispersion slurry, taking 10 g graphene oxide through redox method, intercalation exfoliation method, or in-situ deposition method before preparation; (B) dispersing graphene in 100 mL oligomer polyol, then adding small amount of KH550 coupling agent, and ethylene glycol butyl ether, stirring at high speed for about 1-6 hours, until dispersion becomes uniform without precipitation, or agglomeration in graphene dispersion slurry; (C) preparing epoxy electrophoretic paint coating, weighing 0.844 kg deionized water, 1.8034 kg epoxy resin, and 0.1722 kg pigment paste; adding deionized water to 2 L beaker, and then slowly adding already weighed epoxy resin, stirring uniformly for about 10-20 minutes; (D) adding pigment slurry slowly during stirring resin, using pH meter to adjust pH of epoxy resin electrophoretic paint solution after stirring, using 10% sulfamic acid solution to adjust pH, and then placing under cantilever electric stirrer, stirring for 6-12 hours with stirring speed of 800-1500 rotation/minute, waiting to fully mature for 12-24 hours; (E) taking graphene dispersion slurry, stirring electrophoretic paint with cantilever electric stirrer with stirring speed of 800 rotation/minute, adding drop by drop, then stirring under cantilever electric stirrer for about 6-12 hours, using 1000 mesh Nylon filter screen filters agglomerated particles without graphene slurry to make epoxy resin electrophoretic paint; (F) wiping clean standard phosphating plate to be used with distilled water, placing in oven at 180 degrees C, and placing dried phosphating plate into electrophoretic paint at 32 degrees C, and click on electrophoresis power supply, starting button, recording current curve, and voltage curve, waiting for 180 seconds to take out; and (G) using high-pressure water to quickly rinse off electrophoresis solution on plate, and then cleaning electrophoresis plate with deionized water, then placing electrophoresed phosphate plate upside down to dry for period of time, and then placing dried phosphate plate in oven at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes to obtain epoxy electrophoretic paint coating with excellent anti-corrosion properties.
