NOVELTY - A turbine blade modified epoxy resin coating corrosion-proof abrasion-proof method comprises processing blade surface with spray sand roughening, washing with acetone and alcohol, drying, taking hard graphene fiber and balance terminal hydroxyl liquid rubber-modified epoxy resin, mixing, coating onto blade surface, drying, taking hard silicon carbide ceramic particle, silicon nitride nanoparticle, graphite fiber and balance terminal hydroxyl liquid rubber-modified epoxy resin, mixing, coated to prepared coating surface, and drying. USE - Turbine blade modified epoxy resin coating corrosion-proof abrasion-proof method (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A turbine blade modified epoxy resin coating corrosion-proof abrasion-proof method comprises processing blade surface with spray sand roughening, washing with acetone and alcohol, drying, taking 2-10 wt.% hard graphene fiber and balance terminal hydroxyl liquid rubber-modified epoxy resin, mixing, coating onto blade surface, drying at 90-130 degrees C, taking 20-65 wt.% hard silicon carbide ceramic particle, 5-15 wt.% silicon nitride nanoparticle, 2-10 wt.% graphite fiber and balance terminal hydroxyl liquid rubber-modified epoxy resin, mixing, coated to prepared coating surface, and drying at 90-130 degrees C.
