▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Foam mold coating comprises 100-102 pts. wt. quartz powder, 0.9-1.1 pts. wt. modified starch, 0.9-1.1 pts. wt. carboxymethylcellulose, 2.4-2.6 pts. wt. sodium bentonite, 0.9-1 pts. wt. mica powder, 0.8-0.9 pts. wt. zinc oxide whiskers, 0.9-1.1 pts. wt. silica sol, 10-13 pts. wt. ethanol, 1.6-1.8 pts. wt. oxidized graphene, 0.3-0.4 pts. wt. nanometer nickel, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. lithium magnesium silicate, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. titanate coupling agent and water. USE - Foam mold coating. ADVANTAGE - The foam mold coating increases air permeability, compactness, hardness and bending strength, reduces accumulation of coal, and promotes combustion of organic matter. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing foam mold coating, which involves: (A) adding lithium magnesium silicate and silica sol in ethanol, stirring evenly, adding mica powder and stirring uniformly, heating to 60-70 degrees C, adding zinc oxide whiskers, heating to 70-75 degrees C, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for 3-4 minutes, stirring, and crushing over 100-150 mesh sieve to obtain modified mica powder; (B) mixing and crushing oxidized graphene and titanate coupling agent, and adding nano-nickel to obtain modified graphene oxide; (C) adding modified starch, carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium bentonite to the water, stirring evenly, and mixing modified mica powder and the powder to obtain a mixed material; and (D) mixing the mixed material and other surplus materials into a paste form.
