NOVELTY - Preparing graphene electromagnetic shielding film, comprises using highly conductive intrinsic graphene powder as a raw material to prepare graphene dispersion, using a needle injection centrifugal film forming method, and injecting the graphene dispersion into the surface of the film-forming substrate using an injection needle, moving the injection needle according to a set area in order to obtain the set graphene dispersion liquid film spread on the film-forming substrate, using the centrifugal force and shear force generated by the rotating drum to orient the graphene sheets, heating the graphene dispersion liquid film and drying to obtain graphene electromagnetic shielding membrane; the inner diameter of the needle used in the needle injection centrifugal film forming method is 10 mu m to 1 cm, the moving speed of the needle is 10-1000 mm/minute, and the graphene is dispersed liquid flow is 1-100 ml/minute, heating and drying temperature is 50-150 degrees C.
