NOVELTY - The battery has first and second intrinsic amorphous silicon I-layers (3,5), microcrystalline silicon layer (4), amorphous silicon P-layer (6), transparent electric conduction electrode (7), battery positive pole (10) and a silicon dioxide/titanium dioxide passivation layer (8). An N-type silicon substrate (1) is arranged on a surface of passivation layer such that the substrate and passivation layer are provided with a slot and battery anode. A transparent conductive electrode comprises first stacked graphene layer, metal film layer and second layer of graphene films. USE - Crystalline silicon amorphous silicon laminated battery. ADVANTAGE - The structure of the back passivation layer can increase the absorption of infrared spectrum and solar spectrum. The efficiency of battery is improved, while anti-reflective film is provided with self cleaning function.
