NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene oxide film involves dispersing nano metal particles in deionized water to obtain a well-dispersed nano metal solution, and then adding the well-dispersed nano metal solution prepared into graphene oxide slurry to enable the nano metal solution to be fully contacted to obtain metal element compounded graphene oxide aqueous slurry. The metal element compounded graphene oxide aqueous slurry is coated on a substrate, and then dried to obtain the graphene oxide film. USE - Method for preparing a graphene oxide film. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the graphene oxide film in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with improved graphitization degree, high thermal conductivity, effectively inhibited thermal expansion and improved performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for inhibiting thermal expansion of graphene self-supporting film, which involves preparing graphene oxide film and carrying out heat treatment on the metal compounded graphene oxide film.
