NOVELTY - Sulfonated polyaniline or graphene composite film preparation involves cleaning ultrasonically substrate in ethanol, and then cleaning in ultrapure water. The obtained material is dried. The obtained metal surface is cleaned with modifying agent solution l-2 mol/L by soaking them 2 hours. Sulfonated graphene solution is prepared by dispersing graphene oxide ultrasonically in de-ionized water, and then centrifuged them for 15-50 minutes. The obtained supernatant is transferred to a flask. Sulfonating agent is added to the obtained material, and then heated them with stirring. USE - Method for preparing sulfonated polyaniline or graphene composite film (claimed) for electrochromic device, sensor, light emitting device, field effect transistor and rate control device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare smooth and adjustable sulfonated polyaniline or graphene composite film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Sulfonated polyaniline or graphene composite film preparation involves cleaning ultrasonically substrate in ethanol, and then cleaning in ultrapure water. Sulfonating agent is added to the obtained material, and then heated them with stirring for 24-36 hours at 30-80 degrees C. The obtained material is cooled to room temperature, an then reducing agent is added to the obtained material with stirring for 3-8 hours. The obtained material is filtered by using porous polymer film vacuum filter. Polyaniline impregnation solution is prepared by dissolving the polyaniline in polar solvent, and then stirred them for 12-24 hours ultrasonically. The obtained material is filtered, and then the obtained material is mixed with deionized water, where pH is maintained 3.0-4.0 by using hydrochloride solution. The obtained sulfonated polyaniline and graphene solution is impregnated for 10-30 minutes, and then flushing with nitrogen, where impregnation is performed alternatively by positive and negative ion to obtain multilayer thin film.
