NOVELTY - Preparation of cerium dioxide modified nano-silver whisker doped graphene film involves pretreating friction disc as substrate, adding cerium nitrate to deionized water, mixing to obtain solution, adding citric acid as complexing agent and polyethylene glycol as dispersant, placing in water bath, stirring to obtain cerium nitrate gel, immersing nano-silver whiskers in cerium nitrate gel, stirring to obtain gel suspension, soaking substrate in gel suspension, drying, treating at 500-600 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain cerium dioxide modified nano-silver whisker porous film on surface of substrate, adding graphene oxide to evaporable solvent, stirring, dispersing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, coating graphene oxide dispersion on porous film, slowly evaporating evaporable solvent in dispersion, placing cerium dioxide modified nano-silver whisker doped graphene oxide composite film, thermally reducing in high-temperature hydrogen atmosphere, heat-treating and cooling. USE - Preparation of cerium dioxide modified nano-silver whisker doped graphene film for rotor motor copper alloy friction disc of high-speed train (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method effectively introduces porous graphene film in substrate to improve anti-carrier abrasion and electric arc ablation resistance of substrate, while maintaining excellent electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity of the friction disc. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of cerium dioxide modified nano-silver whisker doped graphene film involves pretreating friction disc as substrate, adding 1-5 pts. wt. cerium nitrate to 100-120 pts. wt. deionized water, mixing to obtain solution, adding citric acid as complexing agent and polyethylene glycol as dispersant, stirring, placing in water bath, stirring at 80-100 degrees C to obtain cerium nitrate gel where molar ratio of citric acid and cerium ions is 1-1.5:1, and the molar ratio of polyethylene glycol and cerium ions is 1-2:1, immersing 20-30 pts. wt. nano-silver whiskers in cerium nitrate gel, stirring for 20-40 minutes, dispersing to obtain gel suspension, soaking substrate in gel suspension for 15-25 minutes, drying at 150-200 degrees C, treating at 500-600 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain cerium dioxide modified nano-silver whisker porous film on surface of the substrate, adding 60-120 pts. wt. graphene oxide to 300-500 pts. wt. evaporable solvent, stirring and ultrasonically dispersing for 15-60 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, coating graphene oxide dispersion on porous film, slowly evaporating evaporable solvent in dispersion, placing cerium dioxide modified nano-silver whisker doped graphene oxide composite film in high-temperature calcination device, thermally reducing at 800-900 degrees C in high-temperature hydrogen atmosphere for 90-120 minutes, heat-treating graphene film in high-temperature calcination device and cooling to room temperature along with furnace.
